We chose Pharaoh's Jewelers to customize my wife's wedding ring. We wanted to combine parts of her ring with parts of her late mothers wedding ring. We came up with a design and Pharaoh's made it happen. It took less than 6 weeks from start to finish and we are extremely pleased with the end result.

I highly recommend Pharaoh's for any of your jewelry needs. I went in there without any knowledge of diamonds. The owner sat with me and explained all there is to it. He designed a custom engagement ring which my fiancée adores. Not only did I get a quality diamond for her, I left with a solid understanding of its composition and value. They’re nice people and they have a friendly staff. One of their employees even followed up with me months later just to check in on how I felt with my purchase. I will always go to them for all things jewelry.

My fiancé took in my engagement ring to be refinished, resized, and to have the brackets lowered. The ring was pre WW2 as it belonged to his great grandmother so we were hesitant to take it in since it's a family heirloom. The team at Pharaoh's made the ring look like it was made yesterday! The ring was perfectly sized, the finish was beautiful, and the brackets were able to be lowered to exactly where I wanted them. We highly recommend using Pharaoh's for any of your alteration jewelry needs and we will definitely be back in the future!

Master jeweler Joe Trujillo was able to size up two rings and re-rhodium all three bands (engagement ring + two wedding rings) within 24 hours - the rush fee was reasonable, as was their pricing for the re-size.
The workmanship is very nearly perfect. I think you would have to know that the rings have been re-sized to find ANY indication. We are perfectly satisfied and will definitely bring any other repairs/adjustments here.

This place is great. I went to resize a ring and left with a necklace lol. My ring came out perfect! He managed to get it done faster than the projected time because my birthday was the next day. I really appreciate the help. I will for sure be returning to resize some rings from here now that I found someone I trust! Thanks so much!

I moved here almost 6yrs ago and after having a couple of negative experiences at a jewelers in Dallas I needed to find someone locally that I could TRUST! A neighbor recommended Pharaoh’s and I couldn’t be more pleased; quality workmanship, personable staff, competitive prices! I have had quite a few pieces of jewelry to be repaired and the Jeweler did an excellent job; trustworthy in using 14k (last Jeweler did not but charged me for it) so appreciative and impressed! 👍

I got a silver bracelet repaired here and a ring resized. It was quick and simple. The staff was very polite and helpful. I had tried calling another jeweler in town that advertised that they'd fix anything and was rudely informed that they wouldn't work on silver. This jeweler does and they did a wonderful job. I'm glad I came to them.

Highly recommend Pharaoh's Jewelers. The staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We were looking for a wedding set. The jeweler approached with a set that he had just designed and completed. A one of a kind, not be seen by anyone yet. I tried it on. It was ment to be...this exquisite beautiful set. They even captured the moment with a picture.
